A few little snippets

Here's just a few quick things I've done. The colour picture was just a rough brush test I did, trying out a few things. The other is some character designs I did. I'm trying to test new waters, and diversify myself by creating more realistic pictures and more cartoon pictures.

Should make for an interesting portfolio to say the least. I have been busy drawing, but as I've said before they keep getting bigger and more complex. Here's hoping I have something to show for it soon.


Delicious Monster

I came across a piece of software the other day that answered a question I didn't know I needed asking. That software is called Delicious Library, and it is essentially the most convenient way to catalog your personal cd, movie, book and/or game collection I've ever seen. It utilizes a web cam (in my case the built in iSight in my MacBook Pro), and basically provides you with a little window that acts as a scanner (think grocery store checkout). Simply ingenious. Unfortunately for you Windows users out there, it's a Mac only software package. Try this link for an alternative.

Using a piece of software I found here I was able to export all this handy info as html pages. Awesome.
